FoBRA released a statement on 8th Mar 18, supporting the Council's announcement on the need to reduce the huge number of empty homes in Bath, and how they intend to do it. The full statement can be found on this website at the 'Minutes & Reports' tab, followed by 'FoBRA Papers', where we urge the Council to address (a) its own property portfolio, with empty storeys above its shops; and (b) the short-term holiday lets and party houses which proliferate at a surprising rate and reduce the number of dwellings in the city centre for long-term living.
