Ali Vowles interviewed the FoBRA Chairman, Harry Tedstone of the Bath Independent Guest Houses Association and Cllr Bob Goodman, Cabinet Member for Development & Neighbourhoods, on BBC Radio Bristol 12th May about the problems caused by Unregulated Short Term Tenancies. This included the Airbnb phenomenon and Party Houses. Cllr Goodman said the Council had applied to the Government for introduction of a new Use Class to apply to Party Houses, as this seemed the only practical way to regulate them.
